Terms of Service
Ensuring your safety and clarity for every trek with Treble Peak Adventures.
Our Adventure Agreement
Welcome to the trail. When you book a tour with Treble Peak Adventures, you're not just buying a ticket; you're entering a mutual agreement built on safety, respect for nature, and operational excellence. Why do we have these rules? Because the wilderness is unpredictable, and we've spent 12 years perfecting our protocols to keep you safe.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking any guided hiking tour, wilderness survival workshop, or rock climbing excursion, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Don't worry, we've kept the jargon to a minimum.
2. Liability & Safety
Outdoor recreation carries inherent risks. While Treble Peak Adventures employs certified guides and maintains rigorous safety standards, participants must acknowledge the physical demands of high-altitude trekking and technical climbing. We're committed to your well-being, but nature doesn't always follow a script.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days prior to departure receive a 90% refund. Within 7-13 days, you'll receive a 50% credit. Less than 7 days? Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds as our guides have already been mobilized and supplies purchased for your specific journey.
4. Medical Disclosure
Participants are required to disclose any significant medical conditions or dietary requirements at least 48 hours before the start of any excursion. We want to ensure we have the right gear and emergency kits ready for your specific needs.
Your Protection
We believe in transparency. Our liability waivers are designed to protect both the hiker and the host. Have you checked your personal travel insurance lately? We highly recommend coverage that specifically includes rescue operations and gear damage for all our high-alpine workshop sessions.
Booking Integrity
Our scheduling is precise. When you lock in a date for our scenic nature walks or survival courses in New York, we reserve equipment and specialists specifically for you. This commitment ensures a small group ratio, usually 1:5, which is why our service agreements are strictly enforced. Consistency is key to quality adventure planning.
